What actually happens during a visit?

We do a complete visual walkthrough of your property. We check the air conditioning, all accessible doors and windows, balcony sliders, kitchen, bathrooms, living areas, and balcony. We look for leaks, moisture, humidity issues, pests, power problems, and anything out of the ordinary. We run the faucets, flush the toilets, and check the leak sensors. If you've asked us to forward mail, handle small items, or check on something specific, we take care of that too.
How do I know you visited?

You receive a written report after every visit, the same day it happens. It covers each area we checked, notes any findings, and includes photos when something warrants one. If anything is flagged, you hear about it directly before the report is even sent.
What happens if something looks wrong?

We contact you the same day with a clear description of what we found and a photo. For things that need a repair professional, we can coordinate access and follow up on your behalf. You decide how you want to handle it. We make sure you have the information to do that quickly.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No. Home Watch Essentials is month-to-month. Cancel anytime. We earn your continued business by doing good work, not by locking you in.
Can you help when I'm arriving or leaving?

Yes. Arrival and departure support is part of the service, coordinated around your scheduled visits. If you need your home ready before you arrive, or closed up properly after you leave, we handle that as part of your service when the timing lines up with a scheduled visit. Dedicated preparation visits outside your normal schedule may be billed separately.
Can you coordinate with repair professionals?

Yes. When something comes up that needs a professional, we can coordinate access, confirm the appointment, and follow up after the visit. Extended waiting service or project management is billed separately, but handling a straightforward access visit is something we do as part of our relationship with you.
