Demolition, drywall, cabinets and vanities, doors and trim, and premium paint.
Electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and tile. We find and check each trade. You hire them directly, at no markup.
Scheduling, your building office, elevators, daily cleanup, quality checks, and regular photo updates.
Licensed work is permitted and performed by licensed trades under their own licenses and insurance, which we check before anyone is hired. HomeAssure Services carries its own business insurance and provides a certificate of insurance to your association before work starts.
Many of our owners live up north for part of the year, or share a condo with family in other states.
Before taking on a single client, we renovated our own unit. It's where we tested local trades, worked out elevator and debris routines with building management, and proved the finish quality firsthand.
Your contractor needs to get in and you can't be there. We protect the unit, stay on site, and send you photos.
